 Very good for fine, straight hair July 26, 2010
I have very fine, perfectly straight hair (talk about a double whammy!). I've tried many products to impart some body and volume to my hair, and Superstar Lotion is the best one I've found. I squeeze a small amount onto my palm and work it through my hair after shampooing and towel drying, just before I blow dry my hair. A little bit goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a long time. The lotion is quite sticky on my hand and has a pretty strong fragrance, but it's not sticky on my hair, and the fragrance dissipates. I keep my hair short (fine and straight do not make for well-behaved long hair), and Superstar does a good job imparting volume.

I have very fine blonde hair which, if left to its own devices, will lie flat and straight. I got this product after my stylist suggested a blow dry lotion. I used it once, worked about a nickel size blob throughout my hair, and blew it out. Result: amazing hair day. It felt like I had so much more hair with both body and bounce.
